Tally Report post Posted June 11, 2010 I've been trying to organise a weekend for my cousin to come to stay. I rang my auntie from my mum and dad's house and my mum told me not to pick one particular weekend because we are celebrating her birthday, so I arranged it for the weekend after that. Well now my mum tells me that is the day she is going to India and she wanted to have a special goodbye lunch with me. How was I supposed to know that! I've told her it's tough and I'll come to see her in the week instead. Fortunately they have friends round, so it hasn't escalated into a row (yet).
