Support Groups - North East Wales/North West England

Hi there

My partner was recently diagnosed ASD/Aspergers and we are now looking for places to go for face-to-face support (she doesn't like computers or phones that much). Anybody know of any good groups/resources in our area (North East Wales/North West England)?
