Tally Report post Posted April 27, 2006 My husband hid his chocolate biscuits on the top shelf because the cat kept trying to steal them. The cat just got up onto the top shelf, gripped them in her mouth by the wrapper, and jumped to the floor with them. Then she started pinching pear drops out of a dish and running off with them. Next time I spring clean I will find a packet of chewed up biscuits and sweets somewhere in my house
Zemanski Report post Posted April 27, 2006 Our cat used to steal red peppers and chillis if we ever left them out. One and a half chillis (seeds and all) in a night was his record!
Viper Report post Posted April 27, 2006 Tally, Be careful with chocolate, it's poisonous to dogs and cats. It can make them very ill or even kill them. Put any chocolate in a fridge or behind a door of some sort. Mind you that didn't stop my old cat he used to open the fridge with his paw and steal the meat. We had to get child locks in the end.
