MRI brain study investigating facial motion perception - will be paid £10

Recommended Posts

New study investigating the neural correlates of facial motion perception in Aspergers/ASD.

We are looking for individuals in the London (and surrounding) area to help investigate how those with high-functioning ASD/Aspergers perceive facial movement.

Volunteers must be aged between 18 and 30 years old, with a clinical diagnosis of an autism spectrum disorder.

Participants will view a range of moving faces and complete some simple discrimination tasks while in an MRI scanner.

MRI scanning will take place at Royal Holloway University, which is easily accessible via car and train from London. Participants will receive £10 for their valuable time and help.

If you are interested in taking part in our research or have any questions about the project, please contact Christine Girges at Christine.girges@brunel.ac.uk or call 07971864382 for more details.

Thank you

That's a very poor rate of pay for participants
