This message is a bit cheeky, because it's only 10% about Asperger's and 90% not ... I'm the mother of a 9-year-old boy called Abraham who has Asperger's. Last summer I needed to go to Chad and Cameroon to research a book about an African slave called Abraham Hannibal who became a general in the Russian army. There was no one else to look after my son, so along he came too. It was all a bit hairy, but he coped amazingly well. The author is Frances Somers Cocks. Abraham's only in the last 20% of the book, though.
