Hi I'm a 33 yr old female and although i have not been officially diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome, both my partner and I believe I have it. When my son was in primary school they suspected he had Aspergers syndrome but they never got him tested, he has been diagnosed with dyspraxia which he has inheritied from me. My step brothers and sisters have children that have Autism and Aspergers syndrome, i dont wnat to go to my GP to be asked to be refered as I don't want to be laughed at, it would be nice to be able to go to a group with other people with the same issues as me. I live in lancashire but i cannot find any groups or help in my area so its nice to find this forum
