I'm C, my son has been seeing a community paed since he was 3 (he's now 7) for ?Aspergers. We have a diagnosis of Dyspraxia with autistic traits and this was given in Birmingham by a neurologist following an abnormal brain MRI.
On the grand scale my son does quite well, it's hard work but, if we stick to routine and give in to every whim we have a relatively quiet life. BUT what happens when you can't do this? How do you cope with the repercussions of half term and getting back in to school? siiigh! My son plays the game in school and creates no issues, it's only when he comes home and falls apart.
Any help/tip would be massively appreciated!
