hi my names josh and i've reciently got a job caring for people aged between 18-30 with asperger's syndrome. i just would like to know what are the best things to do to help you out and the appropriate way to communicate with you without causing stress and anxiety. and also do any of you mind talking about your asperger's to neurotypicals( i hate that phrase by the way lol) many thanks josh
