  1. Hello again, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped me with the Women's Sexuality Study. I am very grateful to the people who have taken the survey, who have spread the word to others, and who have taken the time to send me some very thoughtful and constructive feedback. Thanks to all of your help, I am very close to reaching my goal of 100 participants. However, I am not there yet, and am asking for your help once again. If you are 18-30 years old, identify as a woman (or have a more fluid gender identity), and have an autism/Asperger/spectrum identity, please consider taking part. As always, feel free to contact me with any questions. Thank you again for your consideration. Take care, Hillary
  2. Hello, My name is Hillary, and I am a clinical psychology student at the University of Massachusetts Boston. I recently launched my dissertation project, the Women's Sexuality Study, which looks at different aspects of human sexuality (for example, sexual orientation, sexual desire, sexual satisfaction) and well-being among young women with and without a spectrum identity. I designed this study to address a gap in the current research, and I really hope that the results of this study will be helpful to people on the spectrum, family members, romantic partners, and professionals. If you are interested, I would be happy to tell you more about the study! I am looking for women, and people with more fluid gender identities (for example, transgender, agender, genderqueer), between 18 and 30 years old to complete a 20-minute online survey. Please be aware that it does contain some direct questions about sexuality. Your participation would be completely confidential, and you would not need to answer any questions that you did not feel comfortable answering. You would have the option of receiving a summary of the study findings once it is finished. If you are interested, you can access the study at www.umbwomensstudy.com. Thank you very much for considering this request. I am a little concerned because I have not seen many postings like this on the boards, and I hope that I am not out of line here. If this post is unwelcome or violates any rules, I apologize, and please let me know so that I (or mods) can remove it right away. Take care, Hillary
