    I have M.E.

     

    Not been offered any support and not had much success with diets or supplements.

     

    Only thing which did provide me with some help was Reiki but cost prevents me from having this on a regular enough basis to help.

    I haven't had panic attacks but when I have forgotten my anti depressants for a day I know about it and I am very snappy and out of sorts (I am on sertraline 150mg).

    As soon as you get your prescription and take your next tab you should start to feel better again.

    Hope everyone got back home safely. I couldn't believe the pains in my legs when we eventually got back - four hours of driving and the same of walking around completely did me in!

     

     

    Ah thanks Karen, J is brill as well!!!! Am so glad they all got on ok. :thumbs:

     

    I am really suffering today with exhaustion and my back and legs are killing. Been in bed on and off most of the morning (apart from feeding the boys and checking they are ok!!). Am going back to bed again in a min cos I feel awful :tearful:

     

    Pearl, will reply to your PM later...............!!!! My friends name who came with us is Gilly (GillianRoberts user name I think on here) She was sad she didn't get chance to say hi to Mumble and goodbye to the rest of you but am sure we will catch up again soon and she can talk to you all then!!

     

    Right off to bed while my boys are occupied for a bit.......... :( Think I need a new body!!!! :whistle:

    Unfortunately it is still wet up in Preston :whistle:

    Was great to meet up with everyone yesterday and I'm sorry we missed out on the wet walk around the walls but the kids were happier wandering round the museum and finding ways to spend our money!!!!!

     

    Am looking forward to our next meet already and hopefully the trains will behave and there will be lots of sunshine :thumbs:

    Have seen him delivering round here as well Pearl (unfortunately my boys don't really 'do' eggs so don't think I am in position to take advantage of his deliveries as yet).

    Glad he is doing well and will look forward to seeing what they put in the paper as well :thumbs:

    Haven't got any advise I can offer but plenty of >:D<<'> >:D<<'> and I can give you a proper hug (if you want one!!!!) on Saturday as well.

     

    You are doing brill hon and you will continue to do well............. echo what Pearl suggest about Social Worker. I am trying to get one for me (for other reasons than you) and it is because I need extra support to cope and everyone else is fobbing me off!!!!

    All those people who tell me I am coping ok and there is no support available when I desperately need it!!!!!

    Hi Chuck

     

    Had a fab holiday, weather was great and J managed fine. He's in summer scheme this week and it's fantastic, he's really enjoying himself and they have loads of activities arranged.

     

    Really looking forward to seeing everyone in York, but a bit nervous about driving through York, on a Saturday, in the middle of the tourist season. Ah well, time will tell!

    You will be fine hon!!!! I hate driving thru strange places when it is busy too so you are not the only one!!!

    Shall we meet by the car park or somewhere else (not sure what the arrangement is for meeting up yet?)? Can txt you or ring you on mob to let you know when we are there!!!

     

    Boys are off to my dads today till Saturday to give me a bit of a break............. will miss them but am looking forward to a couple of days not running round after them!!!
