hev - you could try adding sugar to the water to improve the flavour... be careful though: My ex went on a sugar water diet and every time she broke wind she filled her knickers with candy floss!

i found out today who is at dartford park this year on the big day out..................only chas and dave 
AND my teenage heart throb who i loved...................JASON DONOVAN when i heard i started going all hysterical in mums(shes used to me,didnt bat an eyelid!!)i cant believe it.i went last year and the real thing played and lots of tribute bands,it was brilliant,dartford park here i come

ive heard the amount that we are advised to aim for is 3 litres a day
ive been managing it for 3 days and not getting so many headaches so im going to keep doing it,it is boring but its keeping me full up as well so i stick to my points limit on ww -
went to ww last night and i lost another 4 and half pounds this week!!thats 8 pounds in 2 weeks,ive not been starving myself either,still have my treats,im on the points plan,dont think i could do core,anyone doing the core plan?

totally agree with that,when steve was at primary i used to punish at home for what he did at school untill mossgrove said the same sort of thing to me whats written above and i realised he was not coping at school and coming home to me and getting punished all over again!!

youve probably noticed but i found cahms terrible!!months for appointment,they never ring back when they say they will,keep phoning them donna make a nuisance of yourself,we have to keep fighting but its very tiring
