lisa35 Report post Posted June 26, 2007 Can anyone recommend some reading for my 12 yr old about friendships, he seems really intense when he does get a friend and the poor lad he is mates with at mo seems to be feeling suffocated by him So much so that when the lad returned from a trip away my son was so so pleased to see him he hugged him , much to his embarrassment, how do I help him see whats appropriate and that its ok for his mate to have other mates too? My heart goes out to my son, most kids are not v tolernat of him , but I can see why Prefarably some reading thats not too immature, and doesnt mention asd too much!
