something_different Report post Posted October 23, 2008 (edited) I came across these i wrote a few years ago. Thought i wld post them here tho not sure that they are very cheerful! I am more content with things as they are now, so don't worry about some of them seeming a bit lonely. Friends If friends are so important, Why do I have none? What is it that they do not like? Is it something I have done? I'm not a nasty person, I do not tell a lie, I'm always kind and caring. So please explain why? No one wants to know me, No one even cares. When friends get together, I am never their. They do not know how I feel, When I see friends having fun. I wish I could join in with them And not be the only one. Sitting on my own, Not knowing what to do. Always feeling lonely, I want a friend like you! Friends What's the point in living When u have no friends No one there to talk to Pick you up when your feeling down No one to share your thoughts with No one to have around. Why do people laugh When I say I have no friends Is it my fault that I'm different That my friendship always ends? People do not realize How hurtful words can be. I guess I take too much to heart That's just me being me. I wish that I could have one friend To share good times and bad Some one to have a laugh with To be with when I am sad. When someone says hello to me It really makes my day. A simple smile and how are you? Really means a lot Always do your best To keep the friends you've got. Me You do not like the way I act, and the strange things that I do. You tell me not to act so weird, But what else can I do? You do not like when I don't talk And make u feel uneasy. You then complain I talk too much My life is never easy. Invisible I feel like I'm invisible, As if I don't exist. If I were to disappear, Do you think that I'd be missed? WHY Why pretend to be my friend. Or act as though you care. So I will learn to trust you And believe you?re always their. Then suddenly forget me! Add me to your ignore? list Did you never care about me? Did our friendship not exist? Whats the point What's the point in having friends who are never their for you. No interest in what u have to say, or in anything you do? When I leave a message I always wander why They never seem to bother To take time to reply. I know that they are busy, They've got lives of their own, But no one has the time for me I am forever on my own. Imagine? Imagine I went out one day, And met a friend of mine, Shouting hello how are you? Not a worry in my mind. Knowing exactly what to say, And how I am meant to act. Interacting easily Enjoying a proper chat! Imagine all the fun My friend and I would have. A day of chat and laughter With no one feeling sad. We would walk along the street, Chatting on the way, Then we?d stop and have some lunch. Oh what a lovely day! sorry i am not very imaginitive when it comes to titles! they are cr@p really but i am bored and looking thru old stuff on my PC! Even the words and phrases used have been said by her. It has made her realise that she's not the only one who feels like this and it's put into words exactly how she feels for me to understand.
