Finally

It's taken an AGE, but finally my car is roadworthy again! I've had to take it back and forth to the garage to get some repairs done before it could get through an MOT and service, but the MOT threw up MORE problems, and I have FINALLY got it all dealt with! I could have bought a car for the amount I have had to spend.

 

I was recently offered a slightly newer car of the same make a model at a really good price, but after all the problems I have had (and continue to have) with this one . . . erm . . . no!

Isn't it awful the amount of money we have to spend on cars? I hate spending money on my car, but I'd hate to be without it more.

Yes, I'd hate to be without it . . . where else would I store all the sweet wrappers?

Actually, my car is dreadful. I haven't actually cleared it out since the spring, and when I opened the passenger door the other day a crisp packet tumbled out and blew away...

I was embarrassed when I took it to the garage, but I managed to stuff most of it into the pockets on the doors.
