cheryl Report post Posted January 12, 2009 Hiya I'm Cheryl and i'm new to the board, we have been told that our son Ben who is 3 has general development delay and also has some signs of ASD. I'm lucky that he eats every thing that you give him and sleeps very well to. He isn't bothered if you change his routiene. It has affected his social skills. lbj Report post Posted January 12, 2009 Hi Cheryl, my son is three and has been diagnosed ASD. His speech is very delayed and he's socially odd but he's happy and friendly with it, he sleeps fine, tolerates change, but with food he's not so good... Hope you find the board helpful and informative - I know I do. janine
NickyB Report post Posted January 12, 2009 Hello Cheryl and welcome I have a 5 year old boy with ASD. His problem areas are social skills, communication and change of routine. He is amazing in so many ways and very affectionate. I also have an 11 year old boy who is NT (or 'normal', whatever that is ) Nicky <'>
