I've known about this company for nearly a year now and mentioned it here along with another company employing people with AS in Sweden last August.

 

I'm quite impressed with Specialisterne and would like to see similar companies establish themselves in Britain and the wider world. I used to have mixed feelings about sheltered employment and believed it would do people with AS more justice to have them employed in ordinary companies and given the recognition and support they need. However, with the recent trend towards outsourcing IT and technical services then companies employing people with AS may well be successfully incorporated into the fabric of things.
