robintungate Report post Posted January 25, 2009 My 10 year old son has aspergers, ADHD and is also dislexyia. He has a Statement of special educational needs. Last year he received 3 illegal exclusions and 4 formal exclusions. Eventually the LEA agreed to a move to an independant school, where he is doing very well, with no problems. The reason why I am going to SENDIST is to protect other children from what he had to contend with in his last school. Has anyone any recent SENDIST disability descrimination experiences?
