robintungate Report post Posted January 25, 2009 The less favourable treatment test relating to disability discrimination test virtually disappeared as a result of the House of Lords decision in June 2008. SENDIST hearings will now mostly rely upon the 'Reasonable Adjustments tests'. However when wold direct descrimination still apply? Does anyone have any experience of this?
