Mumble Report post Posted January 27, 2009 Some of you might be interested in a live web chat taking place tomorrow (Wednesday 28th January) on working with students with autism. This is a US based chat so may have a different emphasis to the UK system. It is likely that the main audience will be teachers but anyone is free to either take part, submit questions in advance (they are taking questions now) or just read and watch. There will also be a transcript available afterwards. Details here: Working with students with autism The guest 'speakers' are Marcie Handler, Paula Kluth and Stephen Shore (who is on the spectrum). It is timed to take place 4pm to 5pm EST (Eastern Standard Time). I think (but if you are interested in this you should check) that EST is GMT-5, so it will be taking place at 9pm - 10pm our time.
