sassyj Report post Posted April 2, 2009 Hi Everyone, It was my oldest sons 13th birthday and half way thru the celebrations I got a call from My case worker at the LEA she phoned to appologise that the panel had left it til the 11th hour of the 12 week deadline to make a decision. but they have decided My DS6 needs a full statement in a specialised independent school (i cant believe it I thort I would have to take them to appeal and tribunal) As I havent actually recieved the statement in writing I still cant believe it until I see it in black and white.
