I'm glad they won their case albeit at a huge financial cost and only a letter of apology at the end of it! His mum still had to privately fund the last part of his education. Good luck to him - he deserves success. Hopefully Cambridge will be more appreciative of his gifts! He reminded me a bit of my L who also used to write stories, and read everything she could lay her hands on - including Shakespeare- just for her own enjoyment. She ended up with nothing.
