It is (I think) from the US to references to their medical care system perhaps not relevant to most of us, but many of the points/ information given looks useful to me, what do others think??? It needs to be funded (postage and printing are expensive) - but best thing I have ever seen for professional use. Know any charity that is prepared to fund?
