Shnoing Report post Posted February 11, 2010 The Berlin International Film Festival is about to start. This time, at least 2 movies involve autism to some extent, although I'm rather skeptic about how the autistic persons are shown. I mean, Shah Rukh Khan, really. Last year, there were people to see him queuing at 10 am when he was expected to show up at 7.30 pm. See yourself: Superbror (Superbrother): Html Pdf My Name Is Khan: Html Pdf Unfortunately, this time I'll be unable to see either film.
Sally44 Report post Posted March 5, 2010 Do these films end up on DVD for general public release. I'd be interested in see them. I find world cinema much more interesting that what is usually available elsewhere.
Shnoing Report post Posted March 5, 2010 My Name is Khan will be released on DVD, certainly. Superbror, on the other hand, probably not (its in Danish).
Shnoing Report post Posted March 11, 2010 'My Name is Khan' - the filmmakers have got some advice about Asperger's here.
Aeolienne Report post Posted April 23, 2013 Superbror, on the other hand, probably not (it's in Danish). In the light of the success of The Killing and The Bridge, I'd say all the more reason to release it!
