sonj186 Report post Posted May 24, 2010 hi all, ive spent most of today struggling to fill in cams dla renewal forms , ive got as far as part 24 which i just cant get my head around! HELP THE CHILD NEEDS WHEN THEY GO OUT DURING THE DAY OR IN THE EVENING................... i understand the question but when you read through the boxes that you have to fill in its not clear if this other person is a parent/carer or an additional person with the parent/carer. sorry i know im not being very clear but im confused. I included things like buckling him up in the car/closely supervising on the walk to.encouraging him to participate, interpreting instructions for him, etc etc Have you looked at the cerebra guide and the nas helpsheets on DLA?
