Sally44 Report post Posted September 20, 2010 I just wondered what will happen. My son's last AR was in February 2010 and his next one should therefore be in February 2011. However we now have a new Proposed Statement which has not been finalised yet. When it is finalised the waiting time for tribunal is usually about 6 months, which will take us past his next annual review date. So will we still have another Annual Review in February 2011 before the Tribunal. Obviously I'm thinking about private reports and when is the best time to get them. I would want them to be the most up to date reports and therefore if the AR will take place, I would want them after Feb 2011? Anyone out there know the answer? Kathryn Report post Posted September 20, 2010 Yes- is the short answer. A SEND appeal does not affect the timing of the AR which legally has to be within 12 months of the last AR decision. I have known an AR to take place a few of days before the hearing. K x
