Karen A Report post Posted October 20, 2010 (edited) Watching live: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-11566509 I am watching too. They are squashed up at prime ministers questions like primary school children in assembly and are not behaving much better. trekster Report post Posted October 20, 2010 All the heckling was driving me mad. There have been some interesting changes. Ploughing money into 'supporting people' hopefully the Autism Strategy will help autistics to qualify for 'supporting people'. Also there are going to be newer therapies ploughed into help people with mental health problems......but my doctor has just told me the mental health budget has been cut in my area (confused). Karen A Report post Posted October 20, 2010 . Also there are going to be newer therapies ploughed into help people with mental health problems......but my doctor has just told me the mental health budget has been cut in my area (confused). I think that with mental health things are far more complicated than they appear. Some funding for services within mental health comes from Social Services or from LAs. So just because funding may be put in in some areas it does not stop it being removed in others.
