I am hoping to find out how the act relates to people with dementia.However I have read that it also applies to some people with a learning disability.I would appreciate a link to a web site that is easy to understand for a none legal person. You have to prove that someone lacks capacity and as such everyone is treated as if they have capacity. I hope this helps as there are lots of links on this page.
