Autism survey - complementary therapies UK

Hi everyone

 

My name is Jeni and my 9 year old has HFA. I've been used various therapies to help his symptoms and decided to follow this through for my dissertation.

 

I am running a survey on: A parental survey on the use of complementary therapies in children with Autism.

I would be very grateful if parents/careers would be kind enough to complete it. It takes 5 to 10 minutes and is confidential and anonymous
