matzoball Report post Posted February 14, 2013 You can't really go to the gym if you haven't eaten. You probably end up in a pretty bad way kiddo. I don't think you should be going to zumba either if you aren't eating and aren't up to your full strength. You know what you should be doing to take care of yourself, so do it. Eat well, eat often and exercise.
