lynyona Report post Posted September 4, 2005 i posted recently about my sons kieran and jamie how can they be alike yet so different kieran is asd and jamie isnt(im questioning that more and more)jamie as self confidence and socialising problems and i am wondering now if it is my fault because of kieran.does jamie being the youngest feel he s missed out on things because kieran needs all the attention because i leave things to jamie because he is a private person but because over the years he as seen kieran get away with many things is he now playing the same game.has you know i have never pushed keiran into doing things that he didnt want to(now some of you know that isnt quite true) but does jamie see this as a he did it so why should it be different for me.The thing that has brought this about is this. He enrolled for college two weeks ago and is due to start tomorrow and now he informs me that he isnt going to go deja vu sounds familar.But im convinced he is not confident enough to go out into the big wide world and meet new people.I suggested that he see someone about his condfidence problems and issues and simularities to kieran(which i think he took offence bless no insult meant) socially etc and he just dismissed it straight out anyone else had this to deal with. lynn Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
