Flora Report post Posted September 7, 2005 Hi all. There is probably a thread for this but I can't find it (so much information to look through!!). So if someone can indicate the thread that would be great. Otherwise any help, advice, assistance etc would be very very gratefully accepted and received! I have to fill in the form explaining to the LEA why I think my son should have statutory assesment. He has dx of AS and dyspraxia, he's 11 and repeating year 6 at junior school. This is the first time I've requested a statment. Any information on what I should and shouldn't put in this initial parental information form would be great. PM's welcome too.
