The Department of Health have set up an online survey (through a questionnaire) asking for people's views on health and social care services provided in the community - ie not in hospitals. They say that from the information gleaned they are going to shape health and social care services in the future.

Done it, although I think there should have been an option for carers to fill the questionnaire on behalf of someone else, most of my health and social care issues are around my daughter not myself.

Mandyque - why don't you fill it in again on your daughter's behalf - that way you'll get both points of view across? There's nothing to stop you completing another, so far as I know.
