darky Report post Posted October 19, 2005 my sons dla application has been in now for 12 weeks. the only person they have written to for a report is the OT. the report took ages to get faxed to them and was only faxed 3 weeks ago. aparently the report was 11 pages even though they only sent her the short form to fill in! does this sound positive to you? or do you think they are just taking a long time to pick at my form so they an justify a "no"? im so on edge!! mossgrove Report post Posted October 19, 2005 There is no way you can take 11 pages to say a child has no difficulties, so I would say the OT's report is a good sign. We've been waiting ages for our renewal to be processed, so the delay may just be down to the system rather than being good news or bad news. darky Report post Posted October 19, 2005 its awful isnt it? i mean i know if we do get it, it will be back paid, but sheesh! my sister put in a claim back beginning of the year, she heard within 3 weeks and got it, they never wrote to anyone!! just my luck i reckon i have a faffer dealing with our claim!!
