Tez Report post Posted December 4, 2005 I have read somewhere that from December 1st this year this is no longer means tested if the disabled person is under 16. Can anyone provide a link to some information that states this because all the info that I have found suggests that it is still means tested.

Tez Report post Posted December 4, 2005 (edited) Hi Nellie, Thanks for the link but I did look at this link but it still says it's means tested. I've done a search on the internet and lots of charities have thanked the government on its decision to remove means testing for children but I can't find anything official that says that from December 1st the means testing for children no longer applies. Disability Alliance Details show the December withdrawal of means testing all government and local government sites still state that it is means tested.
