Maybe when they wake up in the morning they have been gradually woken up by the lack of dark with the replacement of night, but in the afternoons it is quiet sudden (in comparison). Sorry is only thing I can think of.

Has he read anything himself? I gave my ds a few books like the curious incident of the dog in the nighttime and then discussed (as best as you can discuss a book with him lol) the book in relation to himself. Hope it doesn't take too long.

My dad was told to use the "label" as best fits at the time.

Can you not see a clinical psychologist through the doctors? My friend's daughter used to do poos in her pants and wouldn't tell anyone/take them off and eventually they saw a clinical psych and it got sorted.

That's useful to know about the stabilisers as my 9 year old can't ride a bike with them on still...feels embaressed to go out on his bike too - so wont practise either.

I had boys both times I was sick so much they thought I might dehydrate. It was 24:7 and the whole 9 months
