  1. Some good points here

Personally if you know you weren't doing anything wrong, then you've nothing to worry about. I would most certainly be p*ssed off regarding the invasion of privacy in my own home but for me, I would feel I had "one over the policeman" because he was dying to find some sort of evidence to "make a killing" and satisfy his own ego - but he found nothing. You have won in this situation although this is clearly not how you feel at present. The more you think about it, the more you are going to tie yourself up in knots about it.

You can either - try and let go, or go and talk about it at the station, but I suspect the incident might have been forgotten about. You could possibly make a formal complaint re the officer if that's how you feel but if the officer was following procedure, then your complaint has no grounding.

Personally, I would try and let go - and move on.

  2. Copied from manufacturer's own website:

Other Ingredients: Non-GMO Soy Blend with LunaRich™ Soy Powder, Calcium Carbonate, Brewer’s Yeast, Dicalcium Phosphate, Fructose, Ascorbic Acid,

Dimagnesium Phosphate, Non-GMO Soy Lecithin, Inulin, Natural & Artificial Flavor, Potassium Chloride, d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Niacinamide, Calcium

Pantothenate, OptiZinc® Brand of Zinc Monomethionine, Rebiana (natural sweetener), Ferrous Fumarate, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamin

Hydrochloride, Copper Gluconate, Manganese Sulfate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Folic Acid, Biotin, Potassium Iodide, Molybdenum Yeast, Selenomethionine,

ChromeMate® Brand of Niacin Bound Chromium Polynicotinate, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D3.

So there are many chemicals here which you can google and find out more for yourself. For example, dicalcium phosphate is a known irritant and causes burning to eyes and skin. I'll let you look up the rest yourself...

  3. To be honest, in all my time in the health profession, I have never heard of a weight nurse. Is this just your own term?

It sounds like either a general nurse who does other things like take blood, syringe ears, administer vaccines etc or its a HCA (health care assistant) who just does general non-medical duties. Where I work, HCA's do patient's BMI's but they aren't medically qualified.

  4. A-S Warrior and a cannon what a cool idea we could fire him across on his India project.

    I

Oh, I wasn't thinking of that sort of cannon - but yes, this would be a way to get him across for free.

I was talking about canonising him after he'd done time as a prophet...but I forgot, he'd have to become a martyr first before a canon

  5. I always felt A-S Warrior was a prophet now it has been confirmed, lol.

Steady on, Warrior will be heading towards becoming a canon next..

I see myself as generally a humble person and try to be nice to people - especially as I am a novice in social rules etc. I just wish everyone could be nice too. I find this in my job every day as a public servant, I try to please, some people are very gracious and appreciate my help whilst others demand and complain when they can't get what they want. The one thing that really p*sses me off is bad manners

  6. All my books are like different shades of my personality. Rather than actually having that "getting to know you" conversation with someone, I'd rather just be able to give them a list of all the books I own and say "There - judge me on that". Hmm, maybe I should try that! Somehow I doubt it would work out too well though! :)

Exactly. And I would throw in all my tapes, CDs and mp3's and let someone judge me from these

  7. I love objects too. When I was younger, I used to love objects more than people as I didn't have to learn to socialise with them. They were not judgemental.

I collect working model trains (of the real thing, depending on type/era); I love books on my specialised areas of interest. I love my collection of cameras and lenses. I love my collection of CD's/tapes etc. All define who I am. My model trains are based on mainly what I grew up with and "spotted" during the 1970s/1980s. And yes, I have a few favourites. Most are in pristine condition. Same with my books. Most are textbooks/factual type books rather than fiction (though I do possess some fiction).

I am very particular with looking after all of these and I would say I definately have OCD tendencies when looking after them. For example, all my camera lenses are stored in their original boxes. None have a scratch/mark on them. They are very expensive lenses and therefore I ensure I look after them.

I have a vast photo collection. When I look at them, I can remember taking them and the era my life was at that point.

Objects were a way of escape for me and of great comfort. I would hold on them for dear life.

Over the years, I have slowly learnt how to communicate with people (i.e. non-objects). I still have a long way to go. But if I get upset for any reason, I can always look back at my objects as they do me no harm.

Kinda wierd I suppose and typical of not NT

  8. APD is probably quite common (I have elements of this myself). The best way to seek a diagnosis is by an audiologist who has the advanced facilitities to test for APD and then you can get help from a speech & language therapist.

A psychiatrist/psychologist will not help you - APD is not part of their remit. It is an audiology and speech & language domain.

Ask me how I know? I am a professional in hearing science. When I get time, I will PM you some pointers to look out for.

  9. Gutcruncher

May I make a quiet suggestion?

Clearly you are very angry and have reason to be so, but please do not take your anger out on the people on this forum that are trying to help you. It would appear from your capitalised posts that you might have an anger management problem. If you go on shouting at members of this group, you will upset everyone and risk being banned.

When I was at school, Aspergers wasn't even heard of so I never knew I had it until more recently. These days, there is lots of help if you research the right places. Shouting and venting your frustration at people/professionals will only alienate them and they will not want to help you.

Perhaps you should look at your anger issues first before anything else.

    Just a suggestion
