I have been a parent for 18 years , a secondary school teacher for 25 yrs , and a home-educator for the past 4 years . My son came close to a 'meltdown' in Year 8 of his v. good secondary school . Having moved on from the extreme ignorance that took him to that point, I have put together a few thoughts to help others make better decisions than I did . ? Hi Kevin ? Thanks for the paper . Talk about everything dropping into place , the penny dropping etc . All teachers should have a copy of it ? because of your paper my son has had pressure take off him in relation to exams , homework etc . This has relieved his stress levels..
