This might be an alternative to LEA transport, but speak to school and tell them the problems you are having. You can get driving lessons from Family Fund and you should be eligible to high rate motability from the sounds of it and get yourself a car so you cn keep him safe. Yep, I know what a bad example of parental neglect, how dare I go to the loo! Had a bit of a scare tonight . Scott had escaped out of the house! Front door was still locked, a neighbour knocked on the door to tell me she had seen him in the road!!!!!!!! She tried to catch him but he ran, Forrest Gump! Well, needless to say he was in the lane at the back of our house - he had come back like a homing pidgeon! Okay, believe me I was sick ! I am laughing now but it could have been so much worse! I had to run as he was ready to bolt again when he saw me coming. He was not phased at all!!!! I bought him back in the house and lo he tried to get back out! I then realised he used the ladder from the trampoline, put it on a garden chair and climbed over the back wall!!!!!! Little *+*@!!!! I had only seen him about a couple of minutes before he had gotten out. I had gone to the loo!!! Okay, panic over but it has really scared me. In a way I am happy that he was so resourceful but he could have been run over or worse!!!! Its hard that he is so quick and mobile but so capable of getting into danger. I have to watch him 24/7! I am so glad my neighbour happened to be outside! And other half will NOW build the back wall up! I have told him time and time again to make it higher because I foresee this happening in a few years time, I did not think it would happen now!!!! Razor wire, electrified wire, search lights and armed guards I think!
