Hello, this is my first posting. so please bear with me. On our first time applying we were refused. We then enlisted a neighbour who read our original application, her answer was she would have refused it aswell.! When we submitted another application filled out by our neighbour it was accepted!!!! It seemed to be all in the wording of the application. Our neighbour has 3 autistic boys of her own, and has been through the process on previous occasions. One tip she did give us was ..make a copy and keep it for next time.
