Thanks Nellie. I am off to look at IpSEA now.

My LEA have a matrix system in place for mainstream statements. However, I would like the number of hours 1:1 support specified in the statement. Can the LEA refuse to specify hours? If they are breaking the law would someone be able to point me in the right direction? Thanks very much
