bettybiscuit123 Report post Posted January 10, 2007 hi, I have just been e-mailed a link from my friend about a new programme - Professor Simon Baron-Cohen, Director of the Autism Research Centre (ARC) at Cambridge University and David Lammy, Culture Minister, today launch a novel animation DVD to help young children with autism. It looks like a childrens programme that is supposed to help with dealing with different emotions. You can also get a free copy of the dvd via this website. http://www.24dash.com/education/15088.htm Sorry if already been posted. Chantel
mandyque Report post Posted January 11, 2007 I've just ordered one too, not sure if it will help as my daughter is low functioning autistic but you never know what is going on in her head and she does learn a lot from observation.

MichelleW Report post Posted January 11, 2007 I've just ordered one, not for my 6 year old autistic son (who actually seems quite good at recognising emotions) but for my 2 year old, who appears to be developing signs of autism. I had a look at the preview and I think he'll love it.
