Cat Report post Posted January 18, 2007 If you home educate your autistic children you will need to be aware that the DfES are planning a Conslutation which they are calling 'Light Touch' changes with the hedder of 'Suitable and Efficient Home Education' Anything that results in a change of the law is NOT a 'Light Touch' change and the changes that they are looking at will mean that we will all be told how to educate our children and be closely monitored. Autism-in-Mind want to make sure that the DfES hear our concerns and our voice please join us in our quest to stop these changes from happening.
