Bagpuss Report post Posted February 9, 2007 (edited) DH has had Sky TV put back on since being off work over the past couple of weeks ....I had cancelled it He's been feeling quite pleased with himself , thinking that if he casually set reminders for all the holiday programmes I'd see all the lovely places abroad and overcome my fear of flying But it's backfired on him as I am now totally addicted to Air Crash Investigation on Discovery..... He's not got a hope in **** of getting me aboard one now.......off to Norfolk this year Edited February 10, 2007 by Bagpuss
bikergal Report post Posted February 10, 2007 He's not got a hope in **** of getting me aboard one now.......off to Norfolk this year I was watching that at the time my bf was trying to persuade me to get on a plane, not a hope! Well Bagpuss, if you're in my neck of the woods be sure to say hi, won't you!

bikergal Report post Posted February 10, 2007 Where are you headed? I'm taking my girls to Hemsby this year, which isn't far from Great Yarmouth but is much quieter, just how I like it!
Bagpuss Report post Posted February 11, 2007 (edited) Hi Bikergal, The cottage we've hired is near Kings Lynn...we've been told the beaches are lovely, which is exactly what we are looking for. Our 3 could happily spend all day on the beach I've always wanted to hire a boat and tour the Norfolk Broads, but we are going to wait till our youngest is abit older, and DH and I feel abit braver........I can't even park my car, so dread to think what would happen should I be in the "driving" seat.....
