I feel like I have been doing this for days what do you put in?

 

This time I am looking at a dual placement has anyone got any tips?

we just looked at all of J's objectives from the statement and then addressed where we thought he was in regard to each one - quoting reports that had evidence in them about it ... then we looked at the targets for the past year and did a similar sort of exercise - concluding with what we thought were priority areas for next year
