Minx Report post Posted June 13, 2007 Hi Has anyone got a council tax discount. I have somebody from the Council coming to our house on Friday. We have a downstairs toilet and sink and upstairs bathroom. They say that the downstairs facilities can not be classed as another bathroom, but they are still coming out to see us.
