ScienceGeek Report post Posted January 11, 2008 I had a drs appointment this afternoon that wasn't expected as I only popped in for a repeat prescription, but they said they had an appointment then. I was so nervous as I don't really get along with drs that well. I just blurted everything out, the response from my doctor being that she wasn't surprised that I wasn't coping that well with uni. She thinks that my thoughts AS/ASD are probably right and have been made an appointment with the CAMH guy for the 22nd February. I had spent a long time worrying that my thoughts weren't valid and that they would just be dismissed. Not sure what to expect from them next, but at least going in the right direction. Mumble Report post Posted January 11, 2008 at least going in the right direction. Exactly. And I think that's the right way to think. It's a long, tough journey through NHS dx so it's important to see some positives and also try and get something from experiences that may not seem so positive.
