Hi everyone. I have two children R is 6 and J is 3. My husband has Asperger's syndrome after being diagnosed as a adult. There are currently worries about our daughter and after a CAF meeting with the educational psychologist and school nurse everyone agreed that she needs putting forward for a test asap, she often hits out at school and refuses to do work. I have days when i think yes its defiantly is and some days when I say I'm not sure. I feel guilty that I didn't see it and worried that if they no its not AS then it will be my fault.

Looking for some support but feel like a fraud being here.

Hi ogsplsh >:D<<'> Welcome to the Forum. There is no need to feel like a fraud here.

People here on the Forum are in many different stages in the ASD Dx process.....some for their children who range from toddlers to adults, others who are adults with or without a diagnosis and others who have a partner with an AS Dx...along with people who have any one of the previous mix with each other....so you have lots of company. :)

I have Ben age 9.He has DCD [Dyspraxia] with Social Communication Difficulties [some AS features but professionals are unable to agree on a clear AS Dx].

Nobody here has told me I am a fraud so I am sure you need not worry. :) Karen.
