smiley1590 Report post Posted May 24, 2010 (edited) i did sensory questionaire asking you questions on oviously sensory issues due to AS and when add them up to see where you fit on each title of scale it depends on your age of where your fit etc and high in loud noises etc which i knew already! didn't need that to tell me! i found it bit pointless first session we went over what is AS how it affects me etc which i didn't see no point in now pyschologist going to write sensory profile giving general advice/tips on how to avoid it! grr just annoys me makes me angry defensive i can feel blood boiling over inside makes me plain mad! just want to snap! i just nod all time as could feel myself being rude and quite aggressive verbally! i just want to smash her face in slap her s feel going round in circles when treating my MH probs depression ,anxiety etc adding to the load now is loss of my nans so grief beaverment ,house for sale ...... my head spinning and so is my world ..... just feel so trapped suffocated like robot alot of time ..... where do i go from here ?! feel nothing left for me ready to give in and up for trying to work along side MH professionals autistic trained or not feel i should quit while i'm ahead feel like this a dead end and wasting my time like one way street! Kathryn Report post Posted May 24, 2010 Guidelines above (see pinned topic above: Depression, Mental health and Crisis support)on discussing self harm, say we may remove references to self harming which others find inappropriate or distressing. I've edited the reference to self harm in the opening post as it wasn't the main point of the topic anyway. I think any topics which might require a "trigger" tag because of the detail they include, are probably inappropriate for the forum anyway. Smiley, if you're struggling with this, you MUST continue to talk to the qualified professionals who can help you.
