cannabis4autism Report post Posted February 26, 2011 Hello, I'm Jules age 38, got the aspergers diagnosis 6 years ago. Gave up my job as a software tester to go round the world and learn yoga, ended up becoming a yoga teacher. I find that doing Ashtanga Yoga is working better than any other sort of exercise for reducing symptoms of ASD so I'm wondering if anyone out there has found the same thing, that there is a marked difference in the effect of yoga compared to more conventional exercise? charlotte Report post Posted February 26, 2011 I do a form of martial arts which includes meditation and breathing exercises and when i did it regularly I found it helped me a lot I plan to do it more when I finish my uni course.
