SassySan Report post Posted November 15, 2018 My 15 year old Aspie and ADD DD drafted this post and worked on me till I agreed to post it on her behalf. Input will be greatly appreciated. ,I am a gcse student in year 11 currently completing a DTE project, I chose to focus on bettering the emotinal wellbeing of autistic children because I am autistic and would have liked such resources when i was younger. I’m looking for someone- preferably an adult who has an autistic child (age 3-7)- who can review my prototypes and ideas so I can see what would be most useful for an actual person. This would help me itterate my ideas and hopefully make a real world solution. ,
trekster Report post Posted November 15, 2018 Admin note, normally we require members to ask permission via private message before posting research proposals to the list. In this instance the post can be kept on as it stands. Hope your daughter does well in her project.
Aeolienne Report post Posted November 26, 2018 Do you not have a local support group for parents of autistic children? That would be far more useful for your daughter's research than messaging strangers on the internet.
